We believe that the future begins with education. That’s why we are organizing various workshops that support professional development, covering essential skills that help individuals build confidence and find opportunities.
Our mentorship programs also serve as a resource, providing guidance to individuals from underrepresented backgrounds who aspire to enter the workforce.
A cornerstone of our outreach are our women in tech initiatives, which are aimed at empowering young women and increasing gender diversity in the tech sectors.
In partnership with St Mary’s Schools, we will be delivering workshops that introduce and empower young women to find possibilities within the tech industry, by providing them with role models, inspiration, and a clear path going forward.
Building Stronger Communities
We believe in communities, that extend beyond the workplace. We believe in fostering local connections through charity partnerships and community event days, supporting local initiatives that addresses specific needs. By building relationships with charities, we aim to make a lasting impact in events that strengthen and uplift the communities across the UK.
Because of our beliefs, we partnered with Spring Community Hub in an initiative to bring holiday cheers to families in need. The initiative focuses on providing various essential resources and organising festive activities to uplift local communities during the holiday season.
With our partnership with Age UK, where we’ll work alongside their team to support and connect with older members of our community.
